Me and my friend Darrell recently went on a walk around downtown, we even stopped for a light dinner at Spot Coffee which recently added very good panini sandwiches to their menu. I always find new and interesting things when I bike or walk around the city. The first thing that caught my eye was the new office building on Delaware which is finally seeing progress. The 2nd of 5 floors is now up!
