Are these where the marina-side public housing was? Or hasn't that been demolished yet?
No, the condos are across from the Erie Basin Marina and the Blue Cross Building is on West Genesee, behind City Hall.
The new waterfront condos can be seen in the background and the Blue Cross-Blue Shield building in the foreground.
