Our latest cover! Greg and Indianapolis transplant now living in Buffalo. Posted by Picasa
Primary Day was yesterday, I hope everyone voted, it's very important to excersize that right! Byron Brown won the primary for Buffalo's mayoral race. I'm glad that it appears we'll have our first african-american mayor but I'm pissed because he has abandoned the gay community to apease his more conservative african-american voters.
He completely stopped doing things for/with the Pride Center of WNY months ago. What a back stabber. The gay community here has always been very supportive of him. I'm even more pissed that Steve Calvaneso dropped out four days before the primary. He was the best canidate. He was very gay friendly, had a plan for the future, and is a highly successful local business man who's not afraid to take on city hall or politicans.
I started with a personal trainer this week. I had surgery on my rotater cuff last year and I figured the best way to get my shoulder strengthened was to hire a pro to get it there.
The sessions have been very productive although I've been pretty sore since my first session. I'm looking forward to getting my entire body in great shape.
I already had lost 11 lbs. before I started so I'm off to a good start.
On Friday me and my friend Michael went to see the world premier of Ring of Fire, The Johnny Cash musical. It was actually a pretty good show! Liking country music certainly helps but is not neccessary. It's playing at Studio Arena Theatre through the middle of October.
Bare with me, I'm still learning how to use this site. Some of the posts may not exactly be in chronological order.

The beautiful Buffalo skyline from the Erie Basin Marina, one of my many walking routes. Whoda Thunk B-lo could look so good.  Posted by Picasa
