The historic Park Lane restaurant on Gates Circle will close at the end of the year. The owner is working with developers on making the structure into high end condo's.
This vacant space at Elmwood and Allen streets will soon be turned into "Sweet Tooth", an ice cream and candy parlor named after the notariously over chocolated Jeff Sturman.
This building, vacant for two years at 392 Pearl Street is being proposed as new office space. Damn, downtown is the bomb!
The former AM&A's building on Main Street is being proposed as a new retail, office, and residential center. Finally! I hope this project comes to fruitation. With all the momentum in downtown it's a good possiblity.
Apparently the funds have been restored by Congress for the new Federal Court House on Niagara Square. The preparations for the site began this summer.
Very loud St. Patrick's day revilers passing by my apartment. Me and Jay opted not to attend this year. It's too cold, I can't drink anyway because I'm on a diet, which leads me to my last reason, I'm going to the Bahamas in less than 2 weeks! Woo Hoo!

Oh, by the way, we went to the casino again last night and I won $250, no so bad, eh?

Welcome to London, errrr, Buffalo! Wow it's foggy here today. Nothing much to report. I was on afternoon shift last week so I didn't do much.

Some of my many gifts. A bottle of German Reisling (My FAVORITE!), and a bottle of Vidal Ice Wine (very expensive), and in the box was a really cool kitchen towel and pot holder set stitched with animated chef's. I also received a Thirstystone sandstone coaster set, gift cards, and an ITunes Music Card. Oh, and lots of dirty birthday cards too!
Me and Jay after having dinner with a bunch of my friends at Amaryllis. It was a great restaurant with amazing food. We had a lot of fun.
