Yesterday was Fat Tuesday and Buffalo's Mardi Gras Parade passed right by my building.

The parade makes it way to Chippewa Street.

After the parade we strolled down to Crocodile Bar on Chippewa Street.

The bar was jammed.

Ferguson Electric was back on the job today getting Main Street back to two way traffic. Here they are installing new light fixtures.

Please take time out to sign a petition to Extreme Makeover Home Edition to rebuild the Wielinski home in Clarence Center, New York. The home was destroyed when Continental Flight 3407 crashed into it when it fell from the sky enroute to Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

Douglas Wielinski lost his life when the plane crashed into his home and killed him. His daughter and wife barely survived the incident with their lives.

Last night I went with my friend Terry to the Sabres game against San Jose. We had amazing seats at center ice 8 rows up from the players bench.

Here's a YouTube video of a plane crash that occured in Clarence. Continental flight 3407 enroute to the Buffalo Airport from Newark, New Jersey crashed into a house on Long Road. It appears 49 people have perished including 44 passengers, 4 crew, and one resident on the ground.
