Me and my friends Darrell and Luke went for a walk downtown and on the waterfront today. I snapped off some pictures of some of the construction going on. Here's Public School 76 on Elmwood & Tupper being remodeled as part of the Joint Schools Reconstruction project.

The old Federal Building now the Avant building, is nearing completion. The hotel is already taking reservations for June!

Last night me and Chris headed to the burbs to celebrate Patty's birthday at Blu Martini Bar.

Two weeks ago construction began again on the east side of Main Street on my block. I took some pics to update everyone. Check out my story about the construction on buffalorising.com.

The new street lights were installed a couple weeks ago.

The trees are here and ready to be planted.

While work has resumed on two way traffic on Main Street new businesses keep popping up. Last week I noticied construction of the building directly across the street from me. Rumor has it a wine bar is coming. This could be trouble!

Also on my block, apparently the World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara just moved in across the street also. The 700 block of Main is rocking it out.
