I spent a long weekend in Richmond, Virginia visiting my friend Jay and his puppy, Jackson.

On my first day there we visited some of the sites of Richmond National Battlefield Park. Here's Beaver Dam Creek Battlefield, the sight of a fierce civil war battle.

I have long wanted to stop and take pictures of these Buffalo but I haven't because they are in a precarious spot where the I-90 & I-190 meet. Well today I had my camera right next to me in the front seat and pulled over and took them, finally!
