are there business to actually occupy it? what is the vacancy rate for office buildings in buffalo?
I know that there's a need for Class A office space downtown not sure of the exact vacancy rate but it's definately below 10%. The building is supposed to be a mix of commercial, retail, condo's, and a high end hotel all of which are in high demand now in downtown.
