200 Delaware Avenue is having a facelift done. The awful exterior will be replaced with a new modern look. The first seven floors will be an Embassy Suites with a ground level restaurant. The top four floors will be condos with the remaining floors open for commercial use.Wednesday, November 28, 2007

Where is this? Sounds very cool. Have there been new restaurants and shops opening since all these lofts have been becoming occupied?
