Here's a better picture of the work going on at the old federal building on Delaware Avenue. They are actually removing the cement panels and windows from the building. It will be converted into a hotel, offices, and condo's.

Is this the old IRS building near the Hampton Inn? A big asbestos project, right? If they do the condos right (balconies) there would be amazing views from here.
It was the old Federal Building. I beieve the IRS was in there also. The asbestos work has long since been done. and condos will occupy the top floors, commerical the middle and the bottom 7 will be an Embassy Suites.
