Early today I sent a letter jointly to New York State Assemblyman Sam Hoyt and Buffalo Rising Magazine in regards to a possible new park idea I had for downtown Buffalo. The site at Oak and Genesee Streets downtown is quite large. The grass remains cut but, it sits empty just begging to be converted into something more unique.
